You must be a legal adult 18 years old or age or legal adult age in your place of residence to purchase adult graphics from us.
We accept only wire transfers.
All of your content must be fully licensed. You must have the proper certificates proving that all models are of legal age, and you must have the licensed rights to use your content.
Under no circumstances Marveldesign will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the design services, except for claims which may arise from Marveldesign infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights in connection with design components created or secured by Marveldesign. To the extent that you supply Marveldesign with any design elements, you agree to indemnify and hold Marveldesign harmless from and against any claim, loss or damage, including its reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from the use of such design element. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marveldesign from and against any claim, loss or damage, including its reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from the content or intellectual property appearing in, on or through your website or linked websites.
We reserve the right to use any products made by us in our portfolio. Optionally, you can remove your product from our portfolio database. In this case you must add 20% to the total amount of your order.
You agree to pay in full for all images designed and/or produced by Marveldesign for which you have placed an order.
We reserve the right to hold your final designs until which time a funds transfer has cleared the issuing account.
For all orders over $500.00 USD, we require 50% of the total order to be paid in advance, before we will start on your project. Then upon completion of the design and approval of the sample designs, the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before you will receive your completed designs.
Marveldesign reserves the right to close all accounts on purchasers failing to make full payment on completed designs within (6) months. After such time, purchaser loses all rights to their designs and Marveldesign reserves the right to reuse parts or all of the design in future projects.
Marveldesign reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer for any reason, at any time.
Under penalties of perjury, I solemnly declare and affirm that I have read, understood and agree to all of the above statements and wish to conduct business with Marveldesign in a manner that acts within ALL of the statements presented by this agreement.
I also affirm that I have printed a copy of this policy for my records and will have it available for review and/or affirmation for the life of the design created under the terms of this agreement.
